Tabata Group Fitness Classes

Tabata workouts are high-intensity interval training (HIIT) routines that typically involve about 20 seconds of high-energy work and then about 10 seconds of rest, repeated for a total of four minutes. These workout classes are designed to help you burn more calories, improve your endurance, and build muscle in a short amount of time.

Booty N Abs

Our Booty N Abs group fitness classes target the glutes (butt muscles) and abdominal muscles and are a great way to get in shape and feel your best! These workouts are specifically designed to help you tone and strengthen these areas while burning fat, and the group dynamic provides motivation and support. You'll be able to push yourself harder and work towards your goals with the guidance of a skilled Lift Pro Fitness instructor and the encouragement of your fellow classmates.

Booty Camp

For Californians who are looking for something a little more specific, our Booty Camp group fitness classes mainly target the glutes and are designed to increase your confidence. Your Lift Pro Fitness instructor will help you burn excess fat in this area of the body, toning and slowly helping you work toward your dream body. Experience the benefits of a fun workout class while also sculpting your dream booty.

MRT Conditioning

MRT Conditioning is a type of workout routine focused on "metabolic resistance training" which is designed to help you boost your metabolism, burn fat, and build strength. MRT Conditioning workouts alternate between high-intensity resistance exercises and brief periods of rest to keep your heart rate up and maximize your calorie burn. These classes also typically incorporate weight lifting, bodyweight exercises, and cardio.

Upper Body

Our Upper Body group fitness classes can help increase your overall strength and muscle tone. By focusing on exercises that work your chest, back, shoulders, and arms, you'll be able to build upper-body strength and definition quickly and efficiently.
